Carmen Electra is not just smoking hot, she's also literally smoking weed by the pool in Palm Springs this week. The model shared a new black and white video with her fans on Instagram, wearing a one piece swimsuit and puffing on a joint before taking a dip!

Eventually the model switched out of her one piece swimsuit to a pink bikini, which didn't last long as she ripped her top off to pose topless for her fans!
