In a recent documentary, OnlyFans star Lily Phillips made a shocking admission about her understanding of HIV transmission, sparking a wave of concern online.

The 23-year-old, who hails from Derbyshire, gained attention for her "I Slept With 100 Men in One Day" documentary, which followed her attempt to create content for her OnlyFans page.

However, one of her comments in the film about HIV raised eyebrows and caused discomfort among viewers.

During a scene in the documentary, host Josh Pieters asked Lily about the risks of HIV transmission, particularly in relation to oral sex.

When asked if she had ever considered the possibility of contracting HIV through oral sex, Lily appeared unaware of the connection and responded with confusion.

She then followed up by saying she hadn't considered the risk and had not taken necessary precautions when engaging with multiple partners... allowing most of the men to finish off in her mouth..

This exchange prompted strong reactions online, with some viewers expressing concerns about Lily's lack of awareness regarding sexual health. In particular, the conversation centered around the importance of understanding the risks associated with unprotected sex and the importance of testing and safe practices.

The documentary, which has sparked significant conversation on social media, also revealed some of the emotional challenges Lily faced while filming her extreme stunt. In one clip, she is seen crying as she speaks about dissociating during the experience, highlighting the psychological toll that such extreme actions can have on an individual.

Many viewers were left questioning whether Lily had properly tested her partners before the shoot, with some pointing out that men without proof of testing were allowed to participate due to last-minute cancellations.

I guess Lily hasn't really thought everything through and who knows, we may eventually see a documentary that has Lily sharing her HIV diagnosis in a few months. At least she will have video evidence of exactly where and when it happened, if it happens at all!

Anyway, here are some photos of Lily doing what she does best!
