Ollie Kram is a model who you can follow on INSTAGRAM because she needs all the followers she can get.

I am not a follower shamer, I don't even think followers represent how hot, talented or special a person is. I think the two are mutually exclusive. If you know how to do basic digital marketing or social media marketing you can basically troll people into thinking you are important. When you're a natural beauty getting work, you usually aren't out trying to find ways to scam fame or popularity through marketing.

Unfortunately, the industry they all want to be a part of puts unnecessary pressure on follower count, because why hire a model for having the look you want in your campaigns, when you can hire one with a million followers. Like getting two birds with one stone. Someone in your campaign and a place to advertise said campaign all in ONE.

What organically happens is the talent getting booked gets worse and worse and the talent that should be getting work gets lost! It's all so silly.

I don't know what this shoot is for, but Ollie Kram is fantastic.
