As some of you have morphed into your couch (me) while others are doing military workouts from home to stay fit and stay sane, we can all agree that fitness is good for the body and the mind. It can get you through hard times emotionally by reducing stress, anxiety and depression. It can make you strong enough to get through hard times physically, like when you need to fight off a home invader or run away from someone who isn't social distancing, or maybe to help you lift your groceries into the house before washing them.
Most importantly, fitness makes girls look good! Here is some evidence of that.
Go into the weekend thinking fit, maybe trying to get fit, or looking at fit living that fit life. It's uplifting, inspiring and HOT.
