Amalie Olufsen is a 23 year old from Norway who you probably recognize from either one of her Playboy covers. Her newest cover is for the December issue of Playboy Australia where she can be seen looking like a snow bunny against the backdrop of her home country, Norway. The stunning blonde has also just landed an acting role in an upcoming biopic about English soccer player and legend, Paul Gascoigne. Amalie will play Pauls wife Sheryl who is the mother of well known glamour model and pap-walk queen, Bianca Gascoigne.
