Cindy Mello is a Brazilian instagram model with 1.2 million followers, who probably doesn't like being called an instagram model, because she's actually done some work for Victoria's Secret.

If she's good enough for Victoria's Secret, she's good enough for you!

This is what appears to be a bikini catalog shoot, which isn't necessarily the most creative, since they are trying to sell bikinis, but when a model like Cindy Mello shows up in them, it doesn't really matter what's going on in them, they're exciting enough!
