Sia is a tall thin blonde model who appears to be from Kaliningrad, Russia.

She's perfectly suited to be an agent provocateur in this modern cold war we've been living through, only because I am already manipulated by her antics

Based on the helmet, maybe she's better suited for the Russian space program, unless that helmet is not regulation for space travel, but more to ride a scooter around like an Uber Eats driver. We need a helmet expert!
