Her name is Beatrice and she's a freelance model, which means that this is her freelance model work.

I am not entirely sure what a freelance model is, but in this creator culture that everyone is basically working freelance in some capacity for their main or side hustle, I guess it means she does it when the opportunity arises or when the need for a freelance model arises, because you never know when you'll need a freelance model.
