The former Playboy model, who’s now known for her OnlyFans and her impressive cabin-building skills, recently went under the knife after one of her previous implants ruptured.

Deciding to "go big or go home," Sara opted for an upgrade, and her latest selfies are a celebration of her fresh, bigger look!
