Lana Rhoades is showing off her apparently very edible body over on Instagram today, promoting her premium website with a new photo of her posing nude on top of a room service trolly, with nothing but a cloth napkin covering her up just enough to pass through the Instagram censors.

I guess there is some irony here considering Lana has an eating disorder, but she's ordering room service and using the tray as an OF prop. But I guess you're not supposed to make jokes about anorexia..
