Bella Hadid, who is marketed as a the world's hottest person. I don't know how they determine that, what kind of study they conduct or what software system they run her pictures through to give that rating and title, but I can guarantee it is something her dad probably financed.
Anyway, she is currently working for Victoria's Secret, a collab that the brand has been running with her for some time now.
They've launched some of their Valentine's Day content, since Valentine's Day is seemingly the second biggest Lingerie holiday outside of Christmas, I'll assume that Mother's Day for dad's wanting to make a momma out of a their girl is third and Halloween fourth. I don't think Easter is up there, but it should be, any excuse to strip down!
It is a little weird that they've gone with Bella Hadid as their figurehead, the only think I can assume is that she converts for them on the social media channels, driving much needed sales, while other social media brands kick their ass.
It's not weird because Bella Hadid has a great body for lingerie, that part makes sense, it's weird because they dropped their army of Angels we all grew up on in an attempt to be more woke, inclusive, diverse.
Yet, they run with Bella Hadid, who is arguably as thin and unrealistic body expectation-ed as their other babes they kicked to the curb!
So their marketing logic confuses me, I'll still look though and I'm happy that it's Bella Hadid, knowing it could be so much worse based on what's out there, like it could have been Lena Dunham.
After watching their ad, it seems like it's not just Bella Hadid, so there goes that theory, but they should still bring back the Angels!
