Faith and Cambrie Schroder are the daughters of Ricky Schroder, he was a semi star back in the day for being on the show Silver Spoons. His daughters have been working hard to create their own brand and become more famous than their dad, they’re on the right track!

Cambrie has started her own fitness channel called Get Fit with Cambrie, so to ring in this week’s Fitness Friday, here is some of her best fitness content!
