Cardi B Gets Paid!

This past weekend, Cardi B performed a 35 minute performance at a Miami nightclub called Story, likely as part of the Art Basel festivities.

She apparently posted on twitter that she was paid 1,000,000 dollars for her 35 minute set, you know, like she was bragging about it, since you'd probably brag about making 1,000,000 dollars in 35 minutes too. It's almost a joke, definitely comedic, maybe even offensive.

Her backstory is that she was a stripper, before getting on reality TV and becoming the biggest star in the world for little kids to look up to in what you could argue is the worst possible thing for future society, but what do I know about what kids should look up to, you'd just hope their messaging was more uplifting and less trashy and void of purpose, positive messaging, inspiration.

She was however rewarded for this spectacle. She called it her "Bank of America" concert. Glad she's such an inspiration to all!

In her performance, she wore some outfit that was bedazzled to look like a naked body and the whole spectacle is nice and absurd. We ma be in the twilight zone.
