I'm old enough to remember when Carmella Rose was known as Mel With a Rose, this was a while back before she switched up her persona and took on Instagram, gaining over 2 million followers who are all obsessed with her updates.

Carmella shared a new update with her fans, a few photos from a new photoshoot shot by Sam Dameshek. The photos have Carmella working her angles and showing off her modelesque poses in a black bodysuit and a pair of stockings. More Mel with a Rose in the gallery!
