Chantel Jeffries is an instagram model who was known for her booty early on in the instagram game. She went viral as the girl in the passenger seat of Bieber's rented Lambo when he got arrested, but not deported from the USA. This was a bunch of years ago.

Since then, she's also been liked to Kyrie Irving, DeSean Jackson and most recently Diplo. I do not know if that makes her an instagram model, or an instagram Karrine Steffans.
