Whats up with Halsey shaving her head and then getting a wig that is almost exactly like the hair she just chopped off? Maybe it has to do with that whole hotel shampoo scandal she created. Either way, Halsey put on her new wig and a brown bra and panty set to take a few thirst trapping photos in her bathroom. She said she wanted to remind us all that she's "still that bitch". Ok Halsey, thirst trap away...
