She's wearing a hot pair of tight bike shorts that are riding up in the best possible way, which we can argue is me focusing on the best part of the picture, that may not have been intentional, but if you've seen a girl take an instagram picture, not just a celebrity or Olympic winner like this, they take 1000 pictures and know every pixel in said image, before uploading it. So she knows what's up and luckily so do I.

In this picture, she's reposting the meme that made her go viral when she won her Olympic medal, probably the greatest moment in her life, or at least her greatest achievement, but you may remember it because it launched her career as an internet, social media star, even though she was still a teen.
