Halloween is the time of year where all the ladies get into the sluttiest outfits they can put together, usually on short notice, and head out to a party where they can dance among goblins and ghouls. This year Noah Cyrus took slutty to a new level and literally wore a full latex gimp suit including a mask.

The singer was inspired by the American Horror Series (spoiler alert) from the infamous character in the first season. Here's Noah!
