Poppy Montgomery may not be a household name, but that doesn't mean she doesn't know how to instagram with the best of them, even at the ripe old age of 48.

She is best know from being on the CBS show WITHOUT A TRACE. She is Australian, which could explain her fun loving, wild, get naked kind of ways. If you've ever been drunk with an Australian you probably know that clothing is oftentimes optional.

More importantly, she's posting fully topless pics of herself on her instagram, the right way to stay relevant, or segue into a fan site, or even do the Maitland Ward, I mean they are both fiery redheads in the 40s getting topless, stranger things have definitely happened.

The funny piece of information that I liked on her wikipedia, is that the actress ended up in the USA chasing a boyfriend she met when he was in Australia, only to realize he sucked so she bussed to LA where she sent her headshot to Julia Robert's manager everyday until he singed her. She's clearly a marketing whiz, I mean look at this pic.

I remember a time when we had to be creative in our pursuits to get noticed, and this kind of thing would NEVER happen anymore, and the fact that it did actually work out for some people, like Poppy is great.
