I did a post on Rebecca Black yesterday, where I mentioned that she was ridiculed by the music industry for having a huge youtube hit, basically like an Adam Sandler movie, it was so bad it was good, only Adam Sandler movies aren't that good. I watched Halloween Hubie last night and it was every possible thing that I hate in a movie compiled into a movie, which I guess is why Netflix throws 100s of millions of dollars at Happy Madison, people like crap.
The fact is that despite being a viral hit, possibly for the wrong reasons, Rebecca Black didn't become a Dua Lipa, Madison Beer or any of the other Youtube artists now signed, now relevant. She was possibly black listed at the tender age of 14 when she put that video out, and I find that unfair.
So I am supporting her on her quest to do whatever it is that she is doing, in part because I feel she was dealt an unfair hand, her legacy a joke when it was a hit, but also because she's in her 20s now, has a great body and today she is showing us tight on the crotch shorts, like a true friend would.
