Stella Maxwell’s latest fashion moment has us doing a double take, and maybe a triple.

Wearing a see through latex top that’s equal parts sultry and eerie, she looks like she’s either ready to be inflated into a blow up doll or wrapped up as Dexter’s next victim.

The glossy, skintight number left little to the imagination, blending high-fashion edge with a side of “what exactly is going on here?” Stella continues to keep us on our toes, and honestly, we’re here for the chaos!
