Straight outta Colombo!

I was just saying how I think Hollywood is dead, it's not needed anymore and celebrities are pretty damn boring!

There is enough talent out there to work around the industry and produce their own content without having to ever have it shown in a movie theater or video store, plus if it gets enough hype, netflix will buy it, so why bother begging a producer to read your script, to give you a shot, just get out there and DO IT YOURSELF!

That is exactly what this Moscow based Director/Producer/Photographer Igor Ilchenko did with this fashion film called ‘Straight outta Colombo’.

Sure, it's not a 90 minute feature, he is Moscow-based so there are probably sanctions in place that would get in the way of that, but the concept is still put together in this short!
