I think we can all agree that the whole excitement in and around skirts, is the idea of them being lifted.

I think we can also agree that actors in the movies lifting skirts are as good, sometimes better than the real thing.

Jennifer Love Hewitt's upskirt in the video is definitely the most exciting of the upskirts. The other upskirts are vintage looking with full frontal flashes, which is what you'd want out of an upskirt, but JLH, damn she was fine in her glory days.
