Vintage Aerobic Vibes!

I have always loved the aerobics, not so much as a participant, but more as a spectator, but I guess that all sports are a spectator sport when you have half naked women partaking in them, but I do remember watching old Jane Fonda videos, and I do remember when there were daily fitness shows, and I do remember thinking, I like this.

So clearly, I like this shoot too, it's from a group that go by Retrosweat....and it's the energy and aesthetic I love, so this is my spirit animal of a post! Big fan.
