I don't think hipster is really a thing any more, I am old, so I'll still call it that.

I figure the hipster aesthetic has just sort have merged into mainstream where every girl you see has a level of quirky that we would have called hipster 10 years ago.

Whether it's through thrifting, or not shaving their armpits, it's basically just the way people are.

I like to credit Miley Cyrus for ripping off that hipster culture, making it mainstream and encouraging girls to live that weirdo life, because whether it's trying too hard, or just the way these people are, it's far more interesting that the standard cheesiness we were exposed to for so long.
