No one sparkles quite like Alyssa Milano. Even during the few times in her career when she has played the antagonist I still find myself wanting her to get away with it. She is too pretty for prison. Maybe if in her cinematic universe there was a special prison for women that was more like a day spa and she was still free to leave on the weekends then I would be more inclined to root for justice to be dealt. But until something like that gets established I just do not think I can support a justice system that wants to put a body like hers into ill-fitting clothing. Who are they helping?
They certainly are not going to increase her chances of being reformed. But if they put her into an orange bikini, allowing her to feel cute during her sentencing maybe her character would discover her true potential, realizing she could just become a model. That seems like a much easier life than that of crime. I could never make it as a model, which makes me wonder why I have never contemplated a life of crime. It’s probably because the male version of prison is even worse than the female one.
