Well, it looks like Mischa Barton still hasn't learned to cross her legs. Here is yet another Mischa barton upskirt moment, and even though she's wearing underwear, well, lets just say she isn't all covered up.
I'm pretty sure it's not that tough to keep you legs crossed, or close together, especially when you're being followed by the paparazzi, but what do I know. I only wore a skirt that one time...
