Blake Lively is hot, but pretty boring, and actually rather annoying if you've ever heard her speak, but did I mention she's hot? But maybe Blake's not as boring as I thought, because I'm pretty sure I see a Blake Lively upskirt moment happening here, or as close as you can get to an upskirt, really. She is flashing a little somethin' somethin', but you'll have to click on the picture to find out what.
