I'm not exactly sure what Kelly Rowland was thinking when she hit the town after an X-Factor taping wearing a top so sheer it caused panic in the streets of London, I just know I like it. Actually, I'm not even sure what Kelly Rowland is doing as an X-Factor judge on the U.K. version of the show in the first place; I thought there was an exchange program where we got Cheryl Cole and sent over Kelly, and when Cheryl got canned, I thought Kelly was coming back, but I suppose when a girl starts flashing her ta-tas like Kelly is, it's not so easy just to let her go.
