Daisy See Through Shirt on the Bed

 The greatest lie in our society today is that box springs are necessary for a mattress. I have it on good authority that they were created by mattress companies colluding with the moving companies as a way to increase profits. I have had an easier time getting a couch up a flight of stairs than I have with maneuvering a box spring. These moving companies know that without a box spring for your mattress that we would no longer need them because we can do everything else ourselves. Refrigerators, pianos, couches, all incredibly easy. 

No one has been able to explain to me why a mattress cannot simply be placed on the ground. It is one of those weird social standards that has been ingrained in us from a young age. It is some perverted ideal that it is low class to sleep on the ground. But I tell you it will change your life. How many times have you come home drunk that you can barely stand and been unable to climb into bed, so you just go to sleep on the floor? It happens to the best of us. But with a mattress on the ground that is not an issue because the floor is your mattress.
