Chantel Jeffries See-Through to Nips

 The American public school system has failed Chantel Jeffries. Somewhere along the line a teacher should have taught her what happens when a fabric gets stretched out. Maybe then she could have made the conscious decision to show her shadow nips to the world rather than being caught off guard like this. Which teacher should be held most responsible for this fashion mishap? Should this have been covered in science class, or some sort of elective?

See, this is what we mean when we talk about people falling through the cracks of our education system. Not everyone has a parent present that can pull them aside before leaving the house and explain to them just how slutty they look, or if there is any accidental reveal of the genitals. It is fortunate for Chantel that she has a pair of world class jugs that people want to see and not a couple of deformed mutants that look like they were hit with radiation. If the latter was the case this could have been a real blemish on her career.
