Asa Akira Goes Topless for the “No Pants Subway Ride” in NYC

Arguably the best thing about this year's "No Pants Subway Day" in New York had to have been seeing Asa Akira go the extra mile and get on the subway with no shirt either! The Manhattan native was showing off her goods at this year's event and considering how cold it was in the Northeast this past weekend, her choice of attire must have been sorely regretted early and often.

Thankfully Asa was willing to sacrifice her comfort in an attempt to please the people of New York, and the world frankly, by riding the subway in nothing but some knee high boots and black undies. One of the underrated things about this photo set, as well, is the reactions of the men sharing the subway car with her. They're all doing their best to look without staring, and it's a great reason to flip through the gallery a second time.

While I will never, ever participate in this event, I'm happy that people like Asa Akira are out there making sure it stays sexy. After all, we never want people in their underwear on public transit to become normalized. Or do we? I don't know what the point of this is even a little.
