All The Very Best Of: Reese Witherspoon’s Outstanding Nudity In Movies and TV

It's not easy being one of America's Sweethearts. The love affair is usually short and leaves the former sweetheart in shambles as the country rallies around a new one. Reese Witherspoon seems to have figured out how to weather that storm, though, remaining a vital and talented actress for over twenty years now.

The other thing to love about Reese is that she's not nudity averse, like so many other universally beloved actresses. Reese has gotten down and dirty on film before, going topless in one of her first films, 1998's Twilight. This one's not about sparkly vampires and chaste wolves, but rather has Paul Newman, Gene Hackman, and Susan Sarandon trying to put the audience to sleep.

Thankfully Reese was there with her amazing topless scene in the film's opening minutes, announcing her star to the world and making us lifetime fans as a result. Sadly it took her 16 years to do her next nude scene, but it was worth the wait as she showed off her ageless body in 2014's Wild, nabbing herself an Oscar nomination in the process.

So remember, never doubt the power of Ms. Witherspoon to make a comeback, and never doubt that we'll get another chance to look at Reese's Pieces!
