The simple fact that most bras connect in the back tells me that they were created by men, and I would be shocked to be told anything else. Of course a man would put the clasp in the back, he knew he’d never have to put one on himself and he did not have the forethought to help his fellow men out in the future by putting it where they could see it.

That leads me to think that it was an act of sabotage. Like a safecracker designing a safe that is easy to break into, he made a bra that he could get into but other male rivals would struggle with. I like the gumption, but he had to have known that an obstacle like that would not slow us down for long.

That is why so many men carry knives on them at all times. It has nothing to do with work, they just remember the shame of not being able to unclasp their first bra, and they want to make damn sure that it doesn’t happen again.
