Voluptuous brunette beauty Barbi Benton is a sex icon, thanks in no small part to the near-decade she spent living with Hugh Hefner at the Playboy Mansion. Though her time in the 60s and 70s was mostly spent modeling, Barbi made the leap to acting in the 80s and starred in some skin classics that nicely showed off her substantial talents.

In 1981's Hospital Massacre, Barbi played a woman who scorned a young man years and years ago on Valentine's Day, which turned the poor loser into a homicidal maniac. She's front and center for the titular massacre, but her best scene occurs when she gets a topless exam before the carnage breaks out.

However, you're probably more familiar with her work in Deathstalker from just two years later, where Barbi plays one of two women jockeying for the affections of the titular warrior. This low-rent Conan knock-off was a wonderful showcase for Barbi's substantial talents, if you catch my drift.
