BIRTHDAY SUIT: Check Out Cameron Diaz’ “Sex Tape” Scenes For Her Special Day

One benefit to the exponential growth of celebrities in pop culture means there will almost always be a birthday to celebrate. That is one reason why I am grateful to be among the general population. If I was a celeb I would need to hire a social media manager whose sole purpose was wishing my acquaintances a happy birthday, and then my nights would be filled with their parties. It would be exhausting. I don’t even want to go to the parties of the ten people I am still in contact with, why would I want to go to peoples’ who I don’t even like?

The answer, obviously, is that I would not want to make any enemies in the business. That would be a quick way to make yourself into a pariah, and that is not great for someone whose business revolves around being liked.

Carmen Diaz clearly must love going to parties given how long her career has lasted. When she looks back at the female actresses that were once her peers it must be like wandering through the island of misfit toys. I wonder if she ever feels survivor’s guilt.
