Midsummer is never known for topless goodness, somewhat unrelated to the warm temperatures outside. But while summer theatrical releases continue to disappoint in the continuous line of non-R rated films because of the mall-ification of America, the summer small screen maintains it's dominance in the skintastic visuals.

This week's Boob Tube Roundup includes Lela Loren, Naturi Naughton, and the lovely hot ladies of Power on Starz flashing sweet funbags, whilst over on Cinemax, the Fox produced demons and monster show Outcast slides into second base with a lovely bit of ta-ta baring from Wrenn Schmidt. If I ran the world, i mean, when, no show or movie will be green-lit without my thorough examination for sufficiency of topless goodness. Until such time as that Utopia, we must scour and seek out the more rare bits of tremendous female forms without clothes distributed on the airwaves and digital streams.
