There is so much happening in these photos that it is giving me a hard time in placing it into a specific decade. I am pretty sure that I had a great aunt who had that same carpet and heels, but she also would never have been caught dead wearing hot pink, so it really is a crapshoot.

And it really shows some gumption to be stripping down in the middle of the house. I mean, her mother could be coming down those stairs at any minute, and what would she do? Probably nothing. It is rare that one gets the reaction from a parent in real life that is displayed on the big screen. There are never any knives or baseball bats being wielded. And there are rarely even any ugly screaming fights being conducted. Usually it is just a whole lot of awkward.

I would have killed to be chased out of a house while being buck naked and carrying my clothes in my arms. Instead I was usually stuck clumsily putting my clothing back on while she tried to explain to her father that it was not what it looked like. And that was a total lie, by the way. There were two naked people in a room together. What else could it have been?
