I never understood the purpose of having rain gear that was transparent until now. It always seemed so stupid before. Why would I want to see the clothing that someone is wearing beneath their raincoat? I guarantee it is never going to impress me. But throw a raincoat on a naked woman and the pieces all fall into place.

Of course you would never want to conceal a nude model, because that would only succeed in making them an overpaid regular model. But if it is raining outside you also do not want to make them work unprotected in the elements. Naturally, the only option is to throw on a transparent raincoat.

That way everyone sees what they came to see, but the photographer does not come across as an abusive psychopath. I am sure there are a number of psychopaths that work in that field, they would have to be to think taking a black and white photo of a street performer’s hands is somehow beautiful. All I am saying, is at least we know this guy wasn’t. That gives me the same comfort s knowing my eggs come from cage free chickens. These are conflict free photos.
