When a model gets naked at the beach does everyone else have to start paying a cover charge, or higher cover charge if there already is one? It seems like it would be an easy way to make a little more revenue for yourself and whatever establishment you are at.

I am always surprised when I see any celeb at a beach that does not have any sort of screening process. Even a five dollar fee could be enough to filter out some of the people from bothering them. On the right night there isn’t even a cover charge to get into a strip club. I don’t care how hot Petra is, she isn’t so hot that the mere sight of her could deter a man from a reasonably priced lap dance.

If Petra does not have some sort of deal worked out with the establishment, perhaps that is part of her plan. She picks the dollar lap dance day to go topless at the beach because she knows no one there will bother her. Even the day after will probably be safe. Everyone will still have a boob hangover so large that hers will not even come up on the radar.
