Denisse Padilla got her big break well over a decade ago as a contestant on Big Brother Mexico and the VIP follow up version of the show where they bring back the contestants everybody hopes to see in glimpses of naked. She turned her reality TV bounce into a nice TV career playing the saucy hottie on numerous dramatic soaps. Now, even more dramatic, she's quite wicked en fuego and topless in H Extremo magazine.

While it's super rare for American TV celebrities to pose naked in periodicals, especially now that Playboy has gone down the modesty drain, it's considered more of a sextastic street cred in Latin America. The tease there only lasts so long before the sweltering hot stars on the big and little screen bare their wares in some form or fashion.
