Well, it sure looks that way.

Now, you may not know the name Jamie Meril, but she's put herself at the center of attention in a legal letter from her attorney to Girls Gone Wild claiming all sorts of legal bits centered around the claim that Jamie never gave her consent to be the latest in a string of Spring Break young hotties to take their tops off for the camera of Girls Gone Wild.

Persomally, we've always admired the cameramen for Girls Gone Wild, not just because they have what sure seems to be a kick-ass job, but also because they manage to do with a free t-shirt and some sweet-talking what we tried and failed to do three Spring Breaks in a row in Daytona Beach, get sexy lasses to take their tops off for us.

And we also know those same guys attempt to go out of their way to get needed permissions from the girls they shoot, lest South of the Border vacation risque behavior turn to reget once home and daddy's seeing you at 2am on the infomercial and hoping his friends aren't doing the same.
