I do not know if Drew Barrymore will be getting her deposit back from her landlord after trashing the bathroom like that. I do not know if I would blame him for it either. I know my past landlords would not let something like that fly. They would not have even used the money to repair the damage down by that paint she was washing off. They’d just leave it for the next desperate tenant and tell her to deal with it.

In that case, she might be in the clear. It would still be a good idea to perform a thorough cleaning before the blood gets a chance to set in, but it should be fine. I also do not recommend letting other people’s blood sit in your house without cleaning it up because of the inevitable murder investigation that is on its way. Do whatever you’d like with your own blood, you cannot be implicated in your own murder. But when dealing with the murders of others, it is just bad business to leave any evidence behind.
