The last time we saw Kate Moss topless, she was dancing around like a crazy person at a photo shoot. Of course, this wasn't particularly out of the ordinary for her, what with the blatantly public cocaine use (alleged - I think I'm supposed to say that), and the generally being crazy (again, I'll say allegedly crazy).
