I always used to love visiting the sand dunes as a kid. I saw them as a nice twist to the normal boring flat beach. I think nowadays Maddy's personal dunes would do a better job of holding my attention though. It is high time I put my childish ways of frolicking in the sand behind me. It is not right for a grown man to frolic. He should not prance, skip, or scamper either. It makes people uncomfortable. Even seeing a grown man running puts people on edge. They think, "Where the hell is that guy going in such a hurry. He must be up to no good." Nine times out of ten they are right, too. The only times I can condone a man running is if there is a sale at the hardware store and he is in desperate need of a stud finder. I do not care if he is being held up at knifepoint. Rather than running away and surviving, I think he should stay there and accept his death with some dignity. What is so important in his life that he has to go on living?
