Miley Cyrus Delivers Camel Toe Performance at MTV European Music Awards

Never count out Miley Cyrus when it comes to leaving her mark on a music awards show. The controversial former Hannah Montana pulled a leotard camel toe out of her bag of tricks to dazzle the Dutch audience hosting the MTV European Music Awards over the weekend. She also literally pulled a joint out of her bag and started toking, though I'm told in Amsterdam that is done by most every mom who dropped their kids off at the show as well.

We'll stick with the toe, and Miley, keeping up her album sales and high profile with extended use of her exhibitionist body. She's got a rep now, it's forever interesting to see how she keeps herself show-off relevant. Hello, toe. Goodbye musical heart. Enjoy.
