Phoebe Price Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction Walking Her Dog

There certainly seem to be a lot of wardrobe malfunctions happening recently. Maybe it would be a good idea for there to be a recall on all female clothing. That way it can all be thoroughly inspected and altered so that there is never another nip slip or crotch shot. Well, never one that is unwanted. It is not like we can prevent women from intentionally making things pop out. And that just might be the case with Phoebe Price here.

She has been known to go to extremes in order to get a little attention. Seeing as how she has not been on our pages for a while, I do not think this theory is out of the realm of possibility. All she’d have to do is pick out an extra short dress to go with her favorite thong, and then pretend to spot a penny on the ground. Who could pass up a little bit of free luck, or publicity?

By now Phoebe has got to know that a woman should never bend over at the waist when wearing a short dress. Hell, I recommend women never bending over period. But hey, if it gets us all what we want who am I to judge.
