Offspring is a horror movie about cannibals who abduct and eat people, and as is needed in all good horror films, there is an ample amount of breasts. I do not know when that qualifier came into the equation for horror flicks, but I am grateful that it stuck around. I would feel pretty strange watching young people getting dismembered if there was not also a certain level of romance involved.

Witnessing horrors without a little, or a lot, of nudity just would not feel right. It would be like eating some sweet and sour candy, but spitting it out before you got to the sweetness. All you are doing is torturing yourself, so unless you are also a masochist I do not see what the benefit is.

And if you are watching it with a girl, she is going to be pissed if there isn’t the daily dosage of romance in it. You can’t make her sit through an hour and a half of slayings and not also give her a couple teens expressing their naïve love for each other. Besides, that is how you get her warmed up for what happens after the credits roll.
