Tishara Cousino is a woman that was made to star in nude shoots. I do not mean that hyperbolically either. A whole team of surgeons put in countless hours of effort into ensuring her rack would be a crowd pleaser. Or did you think that the expanse between those bosoms was a naturally occurring phenomenon like the Grand Canyon?

I tip my hand do whoever is responsible for those things. I think plastic surgery is an underappreciated field in the medical community. Sure some of the other surgeons have higher stakes, what with the probability of their patients dying and all, but I don’t think any of their work is held under such scrutiny.

If someone had a nasty scar left on their chest from a heart transplant they most likely won’t say a word, and neither will anyone else that sees it, they will just be thankful to be alive. But if you leave so much as a hairline scar on a boob it will be the first thing that is noticed once the top comes off. And that is not even mentioning the other troubles that go along with the job, like keeping them symmetrical. No one wants to wind up with cross-eyed, lopsided fun bags, that I can tell you.
