Valérie’s Naked Week of Wonders

There's a Czechoslovakian horror movie from the early 70s called Valerie and Her Week of Wonders and seeing these pictures of a woman named Valerie has taken me back to that great, undiscovered flick. While the character of Valerie in that film never gets naked on a bed, my train of thought makes some strange stops on its way to a coherent idea.

Valerie here appears to have it figured out, I can tell you that much. She's probably had more than a week of wonders in her life because she knows exactly how to have a good time. Sometimes a wonder can just be sitting naked on a bed. I think it's pretty wonderful myself, and I think that too often we conflate the wonderful with the fantastical, and there's really a distinct difference.
